Universal Gospel Fellowship Center is a church-without-walls ministry operating under the Most High, Yasha (Ahayah). This page sets out the legal status, disclaimers, and policies under which we operate. It is the master compliance document governing UGFC, the Ally The Time Traveling HIS-Story Horse children’s outreach (the official cartoon series name; also referred to in shorter form as Ally Story Horse or Ally), and SWAT.CHURCH. Read it carefully — your use of any of these sites, your application to any program, and any offering you make are accepted on these terms.
Universal Gospel Fellowship Center (“UGFC,” “the Ministry,” “we,” “us”) is intentionally NOT organized as a 501(c)(3) tax‑exempt entity under the United States Internal Revenue Code. This is a conscious decision rooted in our conviction that the assembly of believers (the ekklesia) ought to remain free of governmental conditions on what may be preached, taught, or declared from the pulpit and in the field.
All money received by UGFC — whether characterized on this site as a seed offering, a freewill gift, a ministry contribution, a tier offering, a monthly subscription offering, a lifetime offering, or simply a donation — is received as a gift to a ministry, not as a purchase of consumer goods or services. Participants who give toward a course, mentorship, ordination, or any other tier receive teaching materials, program access, and ministry care in response to that gift, at the Ministry’s sole discretion and according to the Ministry’s order — not as merchandise sold under the Uniform Commercial Code or under any consumer-protection statute governing purchased goods.
Every teaching, recording, mentorship interaction, ordination decision, and ministry response provided in response to a gift is delivered as a matter of the Ministry’s grace and discretion, not as a contractual deliverable. No participant has a contractual right to any specific quantum of teaching, specific session duration, specific minister contact, specific outcome, or specific schedule. The Ministry retains absolute discretion over the substance, pacing, format, and timing of all teachings and ministry care, and may modify, suspend, or end any program element when, in the Ministry’s sole judgment, that action serves the Kingdom purpose for which the Ministry exists. The gift is the act of sowing; the teaching is the Ministry’s discretionary response in stewardship of that gift before the Most High.
If charitable tax deduction is important to you, please direct gifts intended for that purpose to a 501(c)(3) organization of your choosing. We will not be offended.
UGFC provides spiritual ministry only. Nothing offered through this ministry — in person, online, in writing, by audio or video, in courses, in mentorship, in deliverance sessions, or through the Ally outreach — constitutes:
Leslie Ann Street is an ordained Christian minister. She is not a licensed physician, psychologist, Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC), or attorney.
Jimmy Street serves the Ministry in a pastoral and accountability role under the headship of Christ. Jimmy Street is not a licensed physician, psychologist, LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LCDC, or attorney, and nothing offered through his ministry role constitutes the practice of any licensed healing art, mental health discipline, or legal practice.
References to “deliverance,” “inner healing,” “transformation,” “mentorship,” and similar terms throughout this site and the Ally outreach describe spiritual ministry rooted in Scripture — not clinical treatment, not licensed counseling, and not legal counsel.
If you are presently under the care of a licensed medical or mental health provider, do not discontinue that care in reliance on anything ministered through UGFC. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, contact 911 or the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline immediately. UGFC ministers are not crisis responders and the Ministry does not hold itself out as such.
Spiritual transformation is the work of the Holy Spirit operating in the willing heart of the seeker. UGFC, its ministers, and its programs do not guarantee:
Outcomes depend on the participant’s own willingness, honesty, repentance, obedience, and walk with Yasha. Testimonies displayed on this site — whether on the UGFC pages or the Ally pages — are individual experiences shared with the giver’s permission. They are not representative of what every participant will experience and are not promises of future results.
By giving toward any UGFC offering, you specifically acknowledge that:
In the rare circumstance of an administrative error — for example, a duplicate charge, a charge to the wrong card, or a system error resulting in an offering you did not authorize — contact us within 7 calendar days of the error using the address in Section 16 and we will correct the error promptly and in good faith.
By accessing or using this site, by accessing the Ally The Time Traveling HIS-Story Horse site, by applying for any program, or by making any offering to UGFC, you agree to the following:
Under TDPSA Section 541.001(23) and similar provisions of the CCPA/CPRA, information that reveals a person’s religious beliefs is classified as sensitive personal data. By the nature of this Ministry, your name and email on our mailing list reveal your interest in a Christian ministry, which may itself reveal your religious affiliation. We treat this data accordingly:
To deliver the program or offering you signed up for; to communicate ministry updates, prayer requests, teaching content, and announcements; to process offerings; to respond to your inquiries; to maintain records required by tax and regulatory law; and to comply with our legal obligations.
Our third-party processors only, each acting under their own published privacy terms and only to perform services for the Ministry:
We do not sell your personal information to any party.
Regardless of whether you reside in Texas, California, or elsewhere, UGFC voluntarily grants the following rights to all visitors and supporters:
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address in Section 16. We will respond within 45 days of receipt; we may extend the response period by an additional 45 days once when reasonably necessary, with notice to you within the initial response window.
The Ally The Time Traveling HIS-Story Horse outreach is designed to be enjoyed by children together with a parent or legal guardian. Even so, the operational sites themselves are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from any child under 13 without verifiable parental consent, in conformity with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA).
For minors aged 13 through 17, we will collect personal information only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. The UGFC adult tier offerings are not open to applicants under 18.
If a parent or guardian believes that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13 without consent, please contact us immediately at the address in Section 16 and we will delete the information promptly.
In the event of a security breach affecting the personal information of Texas residents that meets the threshold set by Texas Business and Commerce Code Section 521.053, UGFC will notify affected individuals and, where required, the Texas Attorney General within the timeframes set by Texas law.
The Ministry’s primary public offering is the 66‑Day Gauntlet, a single‑payment suggested seed offering of $777. The Ministry also receives support toward other offerings — such as individual ministry sessions, self‑paced teaching, mentorship, and ordination — made by direct arrangement or by invitation. All such offerings, whether presented publicly or arranged privately, are received under the same gift‑framing set out in Section 1 and the same no‑refunds policy set out in Section 4. The bespoke offerings (mentorship and ordination) are set on a per‑participant basis by mutual agreement with the Ministry, and apostolic ordination engagement is extended by the Ministry’s selection only.
The Ministry reserves the right at any time to adjust the suggested seed offering associated with any offering, to add or retire offerings, or to modify the scope of materials and ministry care delivered under any offering — consistent with the grace-not-contract framing set out in Section 1.
The Ally outreach offers the following giving structures, each governed by the same gift framing and no-refunds policy as the UGFC tiers above:
Sentinel Founding Membership (monthly subscription offering) — A monthly subscription offering of $7.97 per month, available to the first 333 Founding Families. After the 333rd Founding Family is enrolled, the founding rate closes permanently and the monthly subscription offering for new members rises to $17.97 per month. The $7.97 founding rate is locked in for life so long as the member maintains an active, uninterrupted subscription.
Subscription terms. By starting a monthly subscription offering, you authorize UGFC and our current payment processor (Stripe) to charge your provided payment method at the monthly rate stated at the time of enrollment, on a recurring monthly basis, until you cancel. You may cancel at any time using the cancellation link in your account or by emailing the address in Section 16. Cancellation ends future billing immediately; access to subscription content continues through the end of the current paid month and ends at the start of the next billing period. Cancellation forfeits the locked‑in founding rate. A cancelled founding member who rejoins later may rejoin only at the then-current public subscription rate. The Ministry may also adjust the rate for future enrollments, with notice posted to the Ally site; locked‑in founding rates for then-current active members are not retroactively raised.
Lifetime — One Child: A one-time seed offering of $297 for permanent lifetime access for one child to all Ally Children’s Healing Modules and Interactive App content (current and future), subject to the Ministry continuing to operate the Ally outreach.
Lifetime — Multiple Children (Same Household): A one-time seed offering of $497 for permanent lifetime access for multiple children in the same household to all Ally Children’s Healing Modules and Interactive App content (current and future), subject to the Ministry continuing to operate the Ally outreach.
“Lifetime access” means lifetime access for so long as the Ministry continues to operate the Ally outreach. In the event the Ministry, for reasons of leadership succession, providence, or otherwise, ceases to operate the Ally outreach, lifetime access necessarily ends with the cessation of the outreach itself, and no refund is owed.
If a scheduled subscription payment fails to clear, our payment processor will retry per its standard cadence and notify you by email. Repeated payment failure may result in suspension of access until the balance is brought current.
The no‑refunds policy set out in Section 4 above is reproduced in summary form on every offering page itself, immediately above the button used to authorize your offering.
All teachings, written materials, audio and video recordings, course outlines, graphic elements, character designs, illustrations, and digital products published by UGFC — whether under the UGFC name, the Ally The Time Traveling HIS-Story Horse name, the SWAT.CHURCH name, or any related brand — remain the property of Leslie Ann Street and Universal Gospel Fellowship Center. Participants are granted a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the materials for their own walk with Yasha and their own discipleship.
The following original works are registered with the United States Copyright Office and are protected accordingly:
Unauthorized reproduction, derivative use, distribution, public display, or commercial exploitation of these registered works — including but not limited to use as training data for any artificial intelligence or machine learning system — constitutes copyright infringement and will be pursued through DMCA takedown (see Section 9) and, where appropriate, civil action under 17 U.S.C. §§ 501–505.
UGFC enforces these prohibitions technically as well as legally. Our sites declare noai and noimageai directives in their metadata and in their robots.txt rules, signaling to compliant crawlers that the content is not licensed for AI training. Disregard of these declarations constitutes a breach of these Terms.
The Ministry acknowledges that the legal enforceability of contractual AI-training prohibitions is an evolving area of United States copyright and contract law. The enforceability of these prohibitions depends in part on cases that have not yet been decided as of the Effective Date of this page. UGFC asserts the prohibitions set out above to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law as it stands today and as it develops.
Scripture quotations and references to public-domain works are used in accordance with applicable copyright doctrine. UGFC does not claim ownership over Scripture.
UGFC respects the intellectual property rights of others. Our designated agent for receiving notifications of claimed copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act is registered with the United States Copyright Office pursuant to 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(2). To submit a DMCA notice, please provide a written notice that includes:

UGFC will respond to properly formatted DMCA notices in accordance with 17 U.S.C. § 512. Misuse of the DMCA process — for example, knowingly making material misrepresentations — may subject the sender to liability for damages, costs, and attorneys’ fees under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
UGFC is committed to ensuring that universalgospelfellowshipcenter.com, allystoryhorse.com, and any affiliated sites are accessible to people with disabilities. We aspire to conform our sites to the World Wide Web Consortium’s Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.
Measures we have taken include:
If you encounter any accessibility barrier on either site, please contact us at [email protected] (subject line: “Accessibility”) or at the mailing address in Section 16. We will respond within a reasonable time and work in good faith to address the barrier or provide the requested information in an alternative format.
UGFC retains records only as long as needed to deliver ministry, comply with legal and tax obligations, and protect the Ministry’s legitimate interests. The following retention periods apply:
You may request deletion of your data at any time under Section 6; however, records subject to the retention periods set out above will be retained for the disclosed period before deletion.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither UGFC, Leslie Ann Street, Jimmy Street, nor any officer, minister, or volunteer of the Ministry shall be liable to any participant, supporter, or visitor for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of this site, the Ally site, the SWAT.CHURCH redirect, or participation in any UGFC offering.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total cumulative liability of UGFC, Leslie Ann Street, Jimmy Street, and any officer, minister, or volunteer of the Ministry, arising out of or related to any claim brought by a participant, supporter, or visitor, shall not exceed the total amount of offerings recorded by the affected party to UGFC in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The damages cap set out above does not apply to liability for: (a) gross negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (c) willful misconduct; (d) bodily injury or death caused by the willful or grossly negligent act of the Ministry or its agents; or (e) any other liability that, under Texas law, cannot be limited by contract. For those categories, the Ministry’s liability is limited only by what Texas law allows.
Neither UGFC nor any participant shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these terms to the extent caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God; acts of war or terrorism; civil unrest; pandemics, epidemics, or public-health emergencies; governmental orders, restrictions, or actions; natural disasters (including fire, flood, hurricane, tornado, earthquake, severe weather); failures of internet, telecommunications, electrical-utility, or third-party platform infrastructure (including the failure of our payment processor, email-delivery vendor, hosting provider, or form-intake vendor); labor disputes; and any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the affected party. During the pendency of a force majeure event, performance obligations on both sides are suspended, no refund is owed for periods of suspended performance, and the Ministry will resume performance as soon as reasonably practicable after the event ends.
If any provision of this page is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect, and the unenforceable provision shall be reformed to the minimum extent necessary to render it enforceable while preserving as much of the original intent as possible.
Before commencing any formal dispute resolution, both you and UGFC agree to first attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute by direct written communication, sent to the address in Section 16, for a period of at least thirty (30) days from the date the dispute is first communicated in writing.
If good-faith communication does not resolve the dispute, any remaining dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these terms, any UGFC offering, or your use of any UGFC site shall be resolved exclusively by final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules (or, where those Rules do not apply, its Commercial Arbitration Rules). The arbitration shall be conducted in Cass County, Texas, or by remote means as agreed by the parties or directed by the arbitrator. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
You and UGFC each agree that any arbitration or other dispute resolution under these terms shall be brought in your or our individual capacity only, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, representative, or consolidated action. The arbitrator shall have no authority to consolidate claims or preside over any form of class or representative proceeding.
The arbitration requirement set out above does not apply to: (a) claims that may be brought in a small-claims court, provided the claim remains in that court and is not removed or appealed to a court of general jurisdiction; (b) claims for injunctive or other equitable relief to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of a party’s copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, or other intellectual property rights, which claims may be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in the State of Texas; and (c) any claim that, under applicable law, cannot be required to be arbitrated.
These terms, and any dispute arising out of or relating to them, are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. For matters not subject to arbitration under this Section, the exclusive venue is the state or federal courts located in the State of Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless UGFC, Leslie Ann Street, Jimmy Street, and all officers, ministers, volunteers, contractors, and agents of the Ministry from and against any and all third-party claims, demands, lawsuits, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:
UGFC reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to cooperate with UGFC’s defense of such claim. You will not settle any claim that affects UGFC without UGFC’s prior written consent.
This single legal page is the master compliance document for the entire Universal Gospel Fellowship Center ministry. It applies in full to:
Each of the above sites links to this page in its footer. By using any of them, you accept the terms set forth here.
UGFC may revise this page from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the Effective Date and Last Reviewed banner at the top of the page, and where appropriate may be announced to mailing-list subscribers. Continued use of either site after a posted update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review this page at least annually.
